Frame Recall on P&T Explorer and Hammerhead

i am a bit gutted i have to send mine back to be sorted why cant they send me a new frame like the explorer when i could be up and running in 30mins rather than waiting weeks. its my only inline buggy for my twins but at least i do have another buggy and they can walk as well, some people might only have one, what do they do? looks like i will not be taking it on holiday and the side by side will not fit in the car with all the camping stuff.
