Bugaboo cameleon wheels question

I have a pre 2008 cam with air filled wheels and have just got a puncture. Wondered if anyone knew if I could replace the wheels with the newer foam ones? Or whether they don't fit on older models?

Yes the foam tyres can be used on all Cameleon models and the Frog...No idea about the Gecko but should fit...I've had both a Frog and a 1st generation Cameleon and i bought foam wheels...Though i found them easier to push with air tyres.

Did this prove to be true? Bugaboo spares claims you should use air tyres if thats what it came with, but may just be health and safety hot air ... If the fitting is the same ill get them....
