Mothercare repairs for bugaboo

Hi

I bought Bugaboo Cam from Mothercare 4 months ago and now it seems to be leaning to one side and not so easy to push.

Spoke to Mothercare in store, no idea what I do with repairs and should contact online, online say take it to store!

Anyway has anyone got experience of time scale for repairs through mothercare?
Should I contact bugaboo direct for repair?
Also has this problem happened to anyone else?

You need to go into mothercare and bring the pram and all your receipts in with you. They will then need to contact bugaboo- there is a particular system for bugaboo and it can't be done any other way.

I'll be honest, bugaboo make all the decisions and not Mothercare so it depends on Bugaboo as to how long it could take. You would usually be lent a pushchair if yours goes for repair.
