Hi,
I have a Bee which is 14 months old. The back rest of the seat has stopped 'locking' on both sides and so DS is lopsided when he sits in it.
Called the customer service department today, who asked for a copy of the receipt, no problem - sent a picture of the receipt from Mothercare.
However, they also asked for a picture of the serial number sticker. I remember putting this on inside the frame, but the numbers have worn away. Bugaboo tell me that this sticker should have been on the black frame when I bought the product? Does anyone else's Bee have this if they can recall?
I also reminded them that I had sent off the registration form when I bought it, to which I was informed that "That system does not always work.." [hmmm]
Anyone else had similar experiences?
