please help me unfold my phil and teds sport before I go mad

Have just bought a P+T second hand and can't unfold it. I have successfully unlocked the grey button, pulling up on the handle unfolds it but...there is no "click" and when I let go it collapses again. HELP it is driving me mad and my back is killing me!

Have you got the single front wheel out from under it so all three wheels are on the ground? (I do this with one foot while lifting the handle up) Also check none of the webbing straps are getting trapped in the frame as they can be wayward beasts and stop it clicking into place. Good luck!

All 3 wheels are on the ground and I can't see any trapped straps. It looks perfect when I'm holding up the handle, it just won't lock into place!

Oh thank god, it has just done it. I had to press down firmly on the seat and it clicked.

Enjoy using it, it really is a great buggy and worth it! Although folding it is another matter...
