Bugaboo cam - customer service

I have used my pram no more than 6 times and the right release button keeps jamming. It is very difficult to get the chassis to open. The other problem is that I bought the denim version and the fabric has faded where the hood rds are inserted.

Am I entitled to an exchange from the shop or does it have to go through bugaboo

Legally the shop you bought it from should sort this out, at least within the 1st year. Don't be fobbed off by them telling you to go to Bugaboo - you bought it from them!

If it's John Lewis and you get any shit - call their customer services, they sort stuff in a heartbeat.
