Koo-di universal raincover - will it work on a buggy with no hood?

Anyone have one and know? It looks good and only £13ish on Asda. Even if not I might get it for my "main" pushchair, anyone recommend? TIA.

I don't think so - it' has not rods in it to support it. However there is a "clippasafe" rain cover that will work with a buggy that has no hood - for a similar price:

Ooh thank you! DP has ripped the raincover for the proper pushchair so I need one anyway.

I use the clippasafe as my toddler can't stand plastic covers! It also packs tiny when not in use which is a bonus.

The Koodi is pretty rubbish, looks very taut in the stock photos but just sits all saggy and billowy in reality, wonder if they airburshed it? - I've tried it on following:

Silver Cross Pop
Landrover ATP
Nipper
Urbanite
Bee

It doesnt fit three-wheelers, but fits the Pop well, quite low at the front to cover feet, so I guess best for that type of stroller.

Fabric is waterproof in a downpour but eventually the water weighs fabric down so that a wet cover is against your child's legs.

Good idea having a pouch attached that it folds in on itself to that you can also clip onto the frame to save basket space though.

The roll-up view/access window is huge. Good.

Attaches by several velcros.

Very dark in there, makes for a good sunshade or sleepshade though.

There's some on ebay for less than a fiver at the moment. They're nearly £18 in Tescos :o

I thought it made sense in the context - happy bargain hunting face? Aaanyway! I thought it seemed too good to be true. Back to the drawing board! the Clippasafe would not please baby, she hates hoods/hats and likes to sleep under a sheet of plastic (strange child). I think she would like the dark aspect of the koo-di. Perhaps I could get one and foist it onto someone as a gift if I don't get on with it?
