Is a Britax Babysafe car seat compatible with the Britax Verve pushchair?

Anyone know? And do you need to use adaptors or would it fit straight on?

Trying to find a cheap and lightweight buggy to take on holiday with us.

It says a Cosy Tot car seat on the websites I have seen, and the connectors are supplied.
