I'm looking for a great, light, compact stroller, second hand (cheap) that doesn't look horrible... if it can be used from 3-4 months all the better...

There are loads of options if Ishani's doesn't work out. I like my Chicco Lite Way which is lovely in the garnet and comes with a footmuff.
