Pushchairs

Am I mad to be considering a Maclaren Volo as 2nd pushchair?

Hello, I'm sure one of you will be able to help me.
We have a BabyJogger City Mini for everyday use, and it is great. The only thing it is putting me off doing is going into London because of having to hulk it up large numbers of very steep stairs at the train station and also the underground.
DS is 2.2, so I was thinking of a lightweight stroller just for this purpose and wondering about trying to pick up a Volo 2nd hand. Would you? Or would you recommend something else?
Thanks!

We've got a Volo and don't have any complaints. Easy to fold up and sling over your shoulder if you've got to get up steps etc. Haven't had any problems. Quite pricey though.

They are fab fab fab!! Perfect for what you want it for, so light and easy to sling over your shoulder for steps/escalators etc and the seat has a bit of 'give' so fine for that age if he has a little snooze in it. The little wheels did annoy me but mine was second fav buggy after my cameleon, for what it is, fabbi. Lots on ebay or Boots often have them on offer.
