Bugaboo Bee help -quick!

So Totoro's bee arrived and it looks fab. But I can't get the seat to stay like a seat - ds just fell out Blush. Really want to take on school run in fifteen mins..
Am trying to watch youtube vids?!
Is there a knack to it? Will ask Totoro but hoping she is in labour ad want a quick answer...

Ah, never mind - cracked it (hadn't pulled the frame up enough...)

Yes it can take a good pull up...Once mine felt wonky but it was because it was only fully locked on one side...Enjoy!!!
