Pram/travel system

Hiya

I'm looking for a travel system that has a hard carycot and car seat included. I keep getting sucked in by the £299 offers ... to then see the small print and everything is extra!

Please can anyone recommend one that looks like a pretty pram but converts into a handy travel system?

If I was rich I'd love an old fashioned silver cross and a travel system ... but I'm not and our house isnt big enough to hold both! :(

Don't really want to spend more than £300 - £400 and would feel much better if it was on offer! :)

Thanks x

the graco fusio is in toys r us for £299 and thats on a multibuy with free graco car seat, it is a pramette, it doesn't come with hard carry cot but you can buy one to go with it although you don't need the carry cot because it is suitable from birth as it is, seat can face both ways and it is lightweight

I was shown the MyChild Pinto yesterday and it's a lovely looking pushchair. It reminds me a bit of the iCandy Peach. It's £349.99 RRP for the pushchair, raincover, foot muff and car seat. The carrycot is £99.99 but I bet you could find a deal somewhere to bring it in around £400. I love the huge basket with removable liner. Great for shopping and picnics.

You could buy a second hand coach built Silver Cross pushchair on eBay. They're often actually quite cheap. They also often convert to a seat of some form. You'd have to buy a car seat though.

Assuming you're not going to listen to my very sensible [cgrin] suggestion, Silver Cross have the 3D Vogue in Pearl with a car seat reduced from £490 to £375. I've got a 10% off code you could use-I'll go and find it.

10% off code... FEB-MAR-BROCHURE-10
It's valid until 30/06/2011
That would be doubly on offer!

Hiya
I'm really confused. This is my first pregnacy and trying to decide on the best pram/travel system.
I really liked the Silver Cross 3D it seemed quiet compact and we are very limited with space and have a small car. I also liked that it folded down together I have noticed with many that the frame folds down seperatly.
But I have now seen a number of bad reviews so now not sure what to do.

my friend had a silvercross 3d,she loved it as a pram, but hated the fact she had to have her baby forward facing at 3/4 months when he wanted to sit up a little.
i would go for something that can be either parent/forward facing.
the graco fusio looks pretty good :)
