Need a holiday buggy

For very petite 4.5yo, doesn't need to recline much but needs tall handles and not to feel rattly as I have very arthritic wrists which get very sore. Also needs to be very light to push again due to sore hands. I'm looking at mountain buggies (space/weight isn't a huge issue as we are in uk) but they are frankly very expensive! Is there a reasonable cheap version of this type of buggy?

Out n About Nipper 360 is the lightest 3 wheeler around (as far as I know), have only sed the double but was really easy to push and okay to lift but quite an awkward fold.

Baby jogger pushchairs fold really easily so no sore hands but unless it is the city mini (which is good but not a REALLY smooth ride) they are not that lightweight.

Another one I had that you can buy really cheap from EBay is the Mamas and Ppas 03 sport. Massive but very upright seat and soo light to push but very heavy to lift and bulky.
