Bugaboo seat?

When am I able to change from the bugaboo cam carrycot to the seat unit? I have lost the instructions .

They recommend 6 months but you can use it earlier in reclined position but only for short periods of time - like a baby car seat it's not good for them for longer than 1-2 hours at a time.
