BabyDan Pram Seat?

In May, I'll have a newborn and a 22 month old. Was wondering if anyone has seen/experienced these seats in action? Seems like a good solution instead of having to buy another dbl buggy... DS walks quite a lot now, but I can imagine he will get tired from time to time? What do you think of it???? Is it bizarre?

I had one of those years ago, it was brilliant. DS was 2 when I had DD, it was much better than a buggy board because it's not in the way when you are walking, and your toddler is facing you.
I did bribe him to walk up the steep hill on the way home with chocolate buttons mind, because it makes the pram a bit heavy to push uphill.

lol, DS is a bit of a lump.... in fact, I think he is at the weight limit already. But they must be cautious on those things, right? A couple of lb isn't going to matter.?

What pram do you have? I would think it would depend on the chassis. My friend bought one of those but it made her pram topple slightly if her daughter leant forward.

I had one of these for DD when DS was born. She was 24 months at the time (and small for her age). I only used it a couple of times because it made the pram top heavy and I was scared of it tipping - I could never take my hands off the handle! Sold it on ebay.

I've put up a picture on my profile so you can see what it's actually like.

30 years ago, I had one on my Silver cross, they were the norm then Grin

Thanks for the pic. Cute. We had a Teutonia Fun System with a hard bodied carrycot for DS, so think I'll order it and see if it fits on there. Hopefully Kiddiecare will refund if not.....

I picked up one on eBay to use with my Mamas and Papas classic.
Not any help to anybody as the seat is still in the box and the pram in the cupboard as I am not due till July. But I love the idea of them.
