Cheap second hand rf ideas

onadietcokebreak · 27/02/2011 13:19

My Dp will kill me but I want to get a cheap RF for new baby.

We have the babyjogger and carrycot combo for everyday use.

However I want a rf pushchair for walks etc

Will be looking out for one at car boots, ads etc over next year.

Any ideas on which ones to look for?

Gotta be mega cheap ie £50!

imo you can't go wrong with an older style bebe confort. will have a look on ebay and do some links in a moment :)

here

here

and here

If you like three wheelers you could even look one of the older bebe conforts, everest etc, and that will take a loola seat rear facing. everest

I have a baby jogger city micro for everyday, and a bebe confort streety and high trek when i want rear facing.

Thank you. There is one that is local to me that you linked so will watch that one!

Still a little early to be thinking about buggies really though!

Also watching a icandy apple which is local collection only

don't get a streety they are bloody awful to push.

I picked up a first wheels on ebay for £50 was 'ok' Grin

britax vigours are nice...

ChasingSquirrels · 27/02/2011 21:35

If you are anywhere near Cambridge I have a couple for sale;
Bebe Confort Activ (good for shopping centres, crap for anywhere with bumps)
Baby Style 3-wheeler, like the Britax Vigour-3 - I think Britax brought it from Baby Style (lovely lovely pushchair, brought it with ds2 because the Activ was rubbish on our village paths when doing the school run)

Thanks squirrels but im SW.

ah well.
Anyway - the Baby Style one, and therefore also the Britax Vigour-3, is really nice. Mine was 2nd hand from e-bay for just under £80 iirc. Keep an eye on car-boots, local paper adds and ebay as you said.

Silver Cross Wayfarer...

suzie38 · 01/03/2011 22:36

I've had 2 Wayfarers but only used them on pavements so not sure how they'd be if you took them offroad...Built like a tank so doubt they'd ever wear out...I tried a Streety in Tesco today, horrible to push.

onadietcokebreak · 03/03/2011 12:21

Thank you all. Am verving towards a britax vigour as looks good.
