My tyres have been flat for so long the tyres thenselves are all ripped.

Ask your local bike shop if they do them. Ours does and fits them too.

Bike shop. Far cheaper than actual P*T spares. Ask them to slime your tyres at the same time .

I got some from my local chap. It cost £37 for two tubes * tyres!

He didn't fit them, and DS now thinks he is getting a new bicycle. The man gave him a brochure and everything, and he has been carrying round all day.
