First wheels elite carry cot - does the carry cot fit BOTH the sigle and double elite?

is it the same carrycot for both?

i asked this when i was pregnant as i thought it was the perfect setup for me,but was told it doesnt fit :( think the carrycot for the double is slightly narrower.

i know i had planned to buy the single and double frame and use the seats/carrycot on whichever i needed,but seemingly the seats dont fit either :(
