Stroller that folds small but is easy to push & can cope with a dog walk

Hi
I am about to embark on my final pushchair purchase of my 10 year love affair with them. My youngest son is 3 so does not need a stroller all the time, but I do need to put him in one on the school run dash and to walk the dog. I need something that is sturdy enough to cope with a reasonable walk, but small enough for easy folding when going on holiday. It doesnt need to recline or any of that stuff. Don't want to spend too much as he will only need it for another year tops, and even then only occasionally. Currently have a Nipper that I love but it doesn't fold particularly small and am fed up of the punctures. I also have a Jane stroller which I hate, impossible to fold and push, and too long for car boot. Have not obsessed about prams for some time so don't know what is out there, any advice would be much appreciated

Baby jogger city mini especially as your child is likely to be over weight limit of 15kg for most but bjcm can take heavier
