Advice on double stroller for holiday

Good evening all, hope you have had a good week and looking forward to the weekend.

Please, i need help with deciding a double stroller for when we go on holiday at the end of March to Spain. My DD will be 19months and DS 6months. DD loves to toddle and run around but she cant walk for too long and my DS is quite heavy with the sling that i am begining to feel the strain on my back.

I have a Maclaren twin techno, it is quite heavy and i struggle getting it in and out of the boot, so not ideal for travel.

As anyone travelled with kids of similar ages? what stroller did you use? how did you manage?

with what i have heard of how strollers and car seats are handled by plane comapnies, i dont want to spend loads on a new stroller and get it ruined by them!

i would go for a cheap second hand one ,maybe ebay or a local forsale board?

i bought a twin traveller at a carboot sale for £15 to go on holiday to blackpool and it was FAB.

the other ones that might be good for holiday are the marco sky,or the cosatto one thats similar x

Phil and teds is ideal as it can be a single pushchair or a double. Size of a single to which makes it easy to use, manouveres great and can choose which child goes where if one needs to sleep etc.

if you struggle with a twin techno the phil and teds will prob be the same.

Thank you all. I will look out on ebay for a secondhand, since its just for the travel.
