Wheel fell off M&P Sola

One of the front wheels came off our Sola as I crossed the road yesterday - it appears a piece of metal has fallen off the hub hence it cannot be reattached. I will be dealing with M&Ps awful customer services over this, however wanted to warn others as this was a very frightening experience. Our pram has had four months use in town and the wheels have not been taken on and off in that time. Really shocking quality - I was pleased with the pram until then but it would seem it is not safe. Wondered if others had this happen?

Sorry, correction! It was the BACK wheel not a front swivel wheel which came off.

I had a M&P Herbie and had several things go wrong with it (I did read the reviews but loved the pram so took a risk hoping mine would be fault free). The front wheel became loose amongst other things (a screw actually came out and had I not noticed the wheel would have come off).

Althought I didn't manage to get a refund they did finally replace with the newer model Rubix which was delivered to my home. Yes M&P Customer Service is useless but please be insistent if you need to speak to them by phone. Insist on speaking to the Customer Services Manager if you aren't happy as I found the Team Members beyond useless and never called you back despite promising they would! Although mine was initially in for repair I wasn't happy with that as I felt the model had several design faults (and they messed me about. In the end I was quite firm with them.

I was happy with my replacement but I do think they may also have given me a credit note to use towards another model.
