Tandem suggestions

Hi there, I have a toddler who'll be 22 months when the baby is due and am looking for tandem suggestions suitable from birth.

I have looked at a Phil and Teds and didn't like it that much because in newborn position, my daughter's head was almost touching the canopy, and she's not particularly tall for her age. Plus, she likes sitting upright and seemed slouched and uncomfortable in the P&T.

I'd also like something that can be used parent facing if possible, and preferably one that you can see both children when pushing, my daughter loves to chat at me, and I'd like to be able to keep an eye on the baby too.

Any suggestions?

Hi My friend has an icandy tandem, much more versitle than Phil and Ted. Folds up great. Converts back to single pushchair. You can have proper carrycot on it. Was very expensive though. think she paid about £900 altogether ( but got every accessory going!)

That does look good, versatile but rather more than I was planning to spend. I was looking at £400 tops (I should have said that in the first post, sorry), though I would consider second hand.

I don't want to spend a small fortune only to find that 2 months later, my daughter refuses to get in it or something like that!
