Bugaboo cameleon query

Hi

I have to reluctantly sell my bugaboo cameleon (Nov 2009) model and wanted some advice. Have three prams and youngest DS is now walking most places.

It is in pretty good condition, few scrapes on sides of handles from getting in and out of car and needs a new handle as couple of chunks bitten out of it (am getting a replacement). Would sell with all the original bits it came with. Smoke free/pet free home and always been kept inside and looked after.

Is it worth getting the cameleon serviced before selling (been quoted £60) or am I better off just cleaning it up myself and trying my luck?

Also not sure how much to ask for it? Think we paid about £650 for it.

Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

Well i bought a version 1 Cameleon off eBay recently...Only accessory it came with was a cup holder which i sold...I paid £260 (Buy it now) for it i think...It was in good condition...Personally i'd clean it up myself...I'm selling my Frog soon and that's what i'm doing...I jet washed 5 buggies this week in preparation for selling shortly...I'm planning on selling my Frog for £200 including a footmuff and parasol, though DH broke one spoke grrrr

Thanks for your comments, that is about what I was thinking, more if I can get it and then I would be really pleased.

Yes I think that cleaning it myself is the way to go. Have washed the covers etc this afternoon and now feel a bit more motivated to do the frame.

Wow you have been busy and 5 prams, I thought I was bad having 3! Good luck with selling all of yours.

LOL...If i sell 6 including the Frog i've still got 8 left!!!

Wow, you either have a big family or you must get bored with prams and move on to the next one.

My weakness is Italian shoes!
