Advice required for P & T E3 model

Hello,

I've just bought a second hand Phil and Teds E3 model (It looks old, maybe 5 - 8 years)

I see on ebay and kiddiecare etc that I can buy a raincover for around £15 to £20.

Would a raincover for an Explorer (modern model) fit an old fashioned E3 model?

Also the hood could do with either being replaced or sewn up (if I am able to replace it would I be able to buy an Explorer hood to fit on my old
E3 model?)

I'm very happy as I got the pushchair for £50 in Fara charity shop. Too good to let go.

Ooooh bargain! I don't know about the raincover - I'm guessing any P&T would vaguely fit? But try Practical Pushchairs for a replacement hood. I had a new shopping basket from them for my E3. If you phone them I'm sure they would know about raincovers too.

Just to say I had a quick look on shop.philandteds.com and under the section 'parts' they still sell replacement parts, including hood, for the e3.

I recently phoned baby2000 to ask about a single raincover for my E3 and they said about 20 quid and they could get one in. if you're using it as a single then the koodi packit raincover works well.
