Urgently need a suggestion for a buggy!

Hi all,

I have a bugaboo Cameleon and I love it for walks into town etc, but it is MASSIVE!

For the next few weeks I'm going to be getting around with my friend (who also has a baby, hence, pram in boot!)

I need a cheap-ish easy to fold up pushchair that is going to fit into the boot of a golf, along with another pushchair.

I'll use it again, to take on holiday and other occasions I'm sure...

In an ideal world I'd have my DD facing me but this probably isn't possible with a fold up pushchair right?

She's not quite 4 months either so I suppose I'll have to get some sort of nest / something?

Any help would be much appreciated! Hope to order one tonight / tomorrow to speedily get here by friday when I'll be carless!

Thanks all! xx

how about the maclaren xlr? quite pricey for a second buggy though. also you can buy a carrycot to add on to the buggy. hth

Baby jogger city mini. I like it better than Maclaren as is a fab easy fast folding design. I like the roomy shopping basket on the city mini. Love the handlebar. Love the larger roomy seat love the huge hood, great for nap time, or for keeping rain or sun off. Mostly it's just very easy to use and folds up tiny. It's also very light too.

waves at anything, we have a maclaren techno xt for that and its great, goes from newborn and I don't have a headhugger for it, I just put the seat flat and off we go Smile

If it is to go in the back of a golf with another pushchair I think you will need something either flat folding or a Petite Star Zia. I know my Maclaren XT only just fits in my VW Mk3 and doesn't fit in my Dad's Mk4.

Flat fold pushchairs are ones like Baby Jogger City Mini, Graco Mirage or a Mamas and Papas Aria. They are pretty flat rather than long which is better for the boot of a golf. The Zia again folds shorter, but is a bit deeper than the others I've mentioned.

Do you know what the other pushchair it has to fit in with is?
