Help with Petite Star Aruba

Hi!

Just bought my son a Petite Star Aruba and I'm not quite sure about it.

We needed a new one that folds easier than the one we've got as we're going travelling, had a look online and the aruba had great reveiws so we went for it.

The problem is that I can't get the backrest into a proper sitting position, it feels like he's still leaning quite a bit backwards even wen I put it up as straight as it goes. Am I doing anything wrong?

Got it in a used condition and did not get a manual with it.

On top of this the Aruba is a nightmare to push, no suspension what so ever and it feels like my baby is getting shaken like crazy in there as soon as the path we walk on isnät completely flat.

We've been using an Emmaljunga up until now and absolutely LOVE it, but unfortunately it doesn't fold easily and I keep getting flat tyres.

Help.

Hi, I found the Aruba isn't a fully upright back, it just has the two straps you pull through to adjust it, and it is a bit 'leaning back' but not a lot.

I doubt you are doing anything wrong and it is definitely a town/shopping type pushchair not one for any rough terrain.(Rough pavement!) Possibly if it is a bit well used, then it will be a bit shakier.

I ditched my Aruba and went straight for Bugaboo as I went for a cheaper one and it didn't work out, so went completely the other way, and I have not looked back!

Thanks Purplebuns,

The more I use it the more I dislike it. I'm getting myself an Emmaljunga Scooter instead, had one for my older DS and loved it!
