I have had our P&T about 18 months now and alwys been fine but for the last few weeks (usually on smooth floors but not always) the front wheel is having swivel issues - it twists so is horizontal to the buggy and then will not twist back again so the buggy stops until go and move it straight - it is nothing to do with the lock to lock the wheel straight andhave taken it all out and cleaned it etc and made sure wheel is correct pressure.
Any ideas??
