Quinny Buzz 3 front wheel sticking

I have a 2yr old Quinny Buzz 3 and have had problems with the front wheel sticking at right angles to the direction you want to go. It's ok once it's moving but if you stop with it on an angle then it's a nightmare to get moving again. Used to be just a problem on smooth floors but now it's bad on pavements too.

Anyone managed to resolve this problem. Do I need a new front wheel?

nope just needs lubrication!!

mine done the same thing,
take the front wheel off,and spray with mr sheen!!!!! the silicone in it helps to lubricate it!!!!then put it back on and spin it around a few times!!

worked wonders on mine!
