Which footmuff with a Phil & Teds?

I have a second hand sport. Dear friend has offered to buy me two of the P&T sleeping bags to use with it.

These look very much as though they are designed for babies rather than toddlers/young children. DD will be 3 next winter when we'd need to use it, will she fit in it?

And are there any other footmuffs that work just as well with the P&T?

The kaiser footmuffs are excellent for toddlers, yoyu can even take the bottoms off to let muddy feet poke through!

they do xl ones for bigger toddlers too and do some really nice colours.

I've used them on my P&t front and back.

P&T footmuff didn't fit DD at just 2yo. Buggle snuggle was more generous and fits well, as do most that have the openings for a 5 point harness

i nearly bought a p&t footmuff for mine til i seen it in the shop,nice for littleys,but my 2yo wouldnt fit in it,
i had a kaiser xl for my daughter and am going to get one for my son for our phil and teds x

Thank you, I had a feeling that P&T sleeping bag wasn't going to be big enough. I'll see if I can fit the maclaren one I already have on it and invistigate kaisers.

i have a buggy snuggle on mine just now which is nice too, but again not huge,my 2yo fits in but just now but it wont do him next winterx

Hi just posted on the buggysnuggle thread re my John Lewis foot muff...I've got it on main seat for the baby, my toddler hops in and out back seat, on Phil teds explorer, it also goes fine in back seat if I want baby in there a while, not really worth one for dd1 as she's not in seat long enough.

I am also in favour of the Kaiser XL footmuffs. Not only are they bigger, but the ones I had had their zip openings down the middle, rather than at the sides. This means that if your little one gets hot, you don't have to unzip the side and risk dangling the opened footmuff onto the ground (either over one side of the buggy, or off the end - not sure if that makes sense !) The Kaiser ones also tie to the handlebar if you like so they don't slip down.

I had a sheepskin footmuff too which was lovely, but again it opened at the side and when dd didn't want it on, it just kept dangling over the edge............

I have a P&T Vibe and only have the P &T footmuff for my youngest as it is far to small for my 2.5 year old who is very small for her age (she still wears 12 - 18 month clothes!!. My 6 month old is average size and it doesn't look like it will fit him for very long!!!

I use a buggy snuggle on mine. I haven't used a Kaiser but can see the benefit of having the zip down the middle when using it in the back seat. I find it a bit of a hassle trying to zip up the buggy snuggle when it's in the back seat.
