Does anyone know where I can get a replacement wheel for my Stokke pushchair?

One of my back wheels has broken, the cog bit that clips in iyswim? I've emailed Stokke twice no and had no joy. And checked ebay. Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe try them on their Facebook group - shame them into replying?
Or can you contact the shop you bought it from - we had a problem with our Stokke and the shop I bought from dealt very well with us.
