Bugaboo Bee cocoon

Looking for some help - again!

So I went and bought a Bugaboo Bee+ and I'm really excited! GrinGrin

I was going to buy the newborn cocoon at the same time, but thought that £55 (the cheapest I've seen) or £67 was quite expensive based on how long it'd be used for, so I'm looking at 2nd hand on eBay now.

My question is, are all the cocoons the same size or does it depend on when they were produced? It's just that I read elsewhere that the cocoon that was available before the Bee+ is possibly smaller than the ones produced now along with the Bee+.

I hope this makes sense! I'm 34+5, it's late and I'm not sleeping well!! Grin

I got a Bee (2009) cocoon secondhand for my new Bee Plus. Not had the pushchair delivered yet but I was assured that the cocoon would fit...it's slightly smaller I think, but that just means it's more cosy for a newborn.

I have the bee plus cocoon on the old bee. Having had both the new cocoon is significantly bigger and a better shape. The old one is tapered at the end and this limits its usable size. Look on ebay for a second hand one for the bee plus.

Thank you ladies! Smile

I ended up buying a 2nd hand one from eBay, but I think it's for the original Bee. I haven't got it yet so I'll wait and see how it fits when it arrives.
