Bugaboo servicing

A few months ago someone recommended Buggy Pitstop as a good place to service bugaboos. Has anyone got any experience of them or any other recommendations? I've got a burst tyre, dodgy brakes and the hood is a bit out of shape.

My experience of Buggy Pitstop is not a good one:I had to contact them 4 times about buggy pickup and when they finally gave me a date I waited in all day for their courier and nobody came. I think if you live in London and can take your buggy to one of the dropoff points you're probably ok but if you live outside London it appears they dont want your business...

I just got my 2.5 year old Bugaboo serviced (FOC) by the shop I purchased it from. The brake had broken, and Bugaboo replaced the entire chassis, as it is covered by a 3 year warranty - result!

I am having the same problem with the courier service with buggypitstop. The courier man they use called Carson is very rude on the phone! I'm still waiting for my parcel to be collected!
