Baby jogger city mini and pram

This afternoon I took delivery of a baby jogger city mini and the pram attachment.
This seems to be all I wanted, but I can't seem to figure out how to fold the frame once the seat with the quick fold mechanism is removed.
Obviously you can't fold it with the on, but I should still be able to fold the chassis shouldn't I? Might I have a strap missing?

Any experience or advice out there would be gratefully received. I am flumoxed

can't you leave the strap on?

You should be able to leave the strap on like maxybrown said.

I spoke to baby jogger in the end, they told me to detach the strap from the seat unit and thread it to the buckle between the two wheels.

It isn't that easy to detach the strap so we had assumed that we might be missing something

envy I loved this pushchair and would love a little one to use the pram bit with!
