Maxi-Cosi Streety - advice about the harness wanted please!

Hi all, I spent about half an hour today handling the Streety. I liked all aspects of it except for the harness....

I found it very fiddly to adjust and it was very difficult (impossible?) to make the straps shorter to accommodate a younger baby. I also thought it rather bit odd that the groin strap was mounted on the seat crease, rather than in the middle of the seat.

Can anybody give me any advice about the Streety harness? How useable is it in practice?
