Does anyone know whether an average size toddler (2yo) is likely to fit in the Phil and Teds sleeping bag?

If not can anyone please suggest an alternative footmuff to use for the toddler in double mode?

I have the kaiser and it fits well on both seats in both modes. Never used the phil and teds one but the Kaiser is large enough for a 2 or 3 yo and has the advantage of just one zip in the middle so when toddler in the bottom seat is really easy to do up.
