Parent facing

Does anyone know the cheapest parent facing buggy? Thinking of getting a p and t for main pram as due to start walking more for nursery etc and need option of seat for tired dd1 but would like parent facing for quick trips out as am missing this more than I thought I would with dd2 whose pram is currently not rear facing....I'm thinking loola? I like the look of zap extra but went to see one yesterday and was surprised the seat is just fabric at the back, is it comfortable? Or supportive enough? I know I wouldn't put a young baby in it but mines nearly five months and huge, very strong head/ sit up wedged with cushions etc so that's ok but it seems an odd seat, any opinions on the seat? I like bug bees but don't want one as too expensive when main budget for double, and dd1 outgrew hers far too quick for my liking, any info welcome.

I've recently bought the zap extra for my very nearly 5 month old and it is very comfortable.

I've got a Loola Up and am really pleased with it. The only thing I don't like is it's fairly wide (but then a lot of rear facing buggies are) and it's heavy when folded, but it does fold fairly small and in one piece.

I really like the Zapp extra, if I hadn't needed a double I would've got this one.

I'd stay away from the Loola Up. I hated mine and know of a few other people who got rid of theirs within weeks.

Best single I had was the Britax Vigour 3+ which you should be able to get quite cheap on eBay.
It was a bloody wonderful pram which is now being truly loved by a friend of mine (who was one of many to sell the loola)

Loola handles too low IMO. I have a M and P Sola which I am very happy with.

I love the Loola because it is so well padded and supportive. It is wider than normal, so not a lightweight option for whizzing around in, but a solid comfy baby buggy.

Hi little hedgehog, does your 5monther sit up well in it? Sorry to pester as you have already answered my question, comfy is what I hoped to hear but does that seat keep the back flat or is baby curled/curved back in seat? I think I may have to stick my tot in it in shop to really see if it's right for me,....really want to be happy with seat as totally love the look of the buggy and rear facing for price and nippy style, espies if I get p and t as new main buggy, kind regards all.

I have just bought the Britax B Dual, it can be used like a P&T with the optional second seat, the top seat can be parent facing and it is brilliant.

Hi mummyistheword, she sits very well in it and doesn't seem curled/curved. If you google zapp xtra on google pictures I found some videos on youtube that I watched before I decided to take the plunge! Only slight downside is that they can't sit completely upright when parent facing. Hope this helps.
