Nipper 360 double raincover

I have tried to order a replacement raincover quite a few times over the past 6 months, and no one ever seems to have it in stock.
Is this a distribution problem, importing problem or something else?
The next batch are due in mid november...which has annoyed me slightly, does anyone know why this is the case?
