How do I identify my silver cross pram model

I have a beautiful silver cross pram system - moses basket, car seat and push chair which all fit the chassis of my pram which I wish to sell. Unfortunately I cannot remember the model and silver cross don't seem to have a clue either ! Does anyone know how I can find out the model of my pram -( the upholstery name is probably the key ingredient.) It's navy blue velvet with
baby blue gingham style checks.

if its in the last 5 years then see below:
swivel wheels and flat folding frame = linear
non swivel air wheels with bouncy frame= classic
swivel wheels with umberella fold = 3d

the seat/pram part is called sleepover.
Colourway is most likely marina.
