I have a son who will be 16 months in December when new baby is due, so i will need a double buggy. I need something that is easy to get on /off buses with as I take my 5 year old to school on the bus everyday. Also looking for something that is quite light weight and will fold up easily and fit into hubbys boot. Any suggestions anyone??

I have the P&T Sport which I have used on the bus fine.
The only problem I have is that it's now getting really heavy with DS and DD as they are 3 and 18mo but I will be using it for DD and DC3 due in March.

How about the Safety 1st Duodeal Tandem www.dorel.co.uk/safety-1st/strollers/
this has always had good reviews, definitely worth a look!

I have the baby jogger city select.

I've had it on the bus loads of times so no problems there.

It's sooo light to push with my 18month old and 4week old in.

It is quite heavy to lift when folded but as all baby jogger prams, folds so easily. The wheels pop off with just the push of a button and slide back on really easily too. I live in a lower ground floor flat so keep the pram in the car and I can hold the baby, keep an eye on the toddler and get the pram out of the boot and set it up with one hand which is always handy.

I have my toddler facing me so I can still talk to him and the baby in the very reasonably sized carrycot on the front. Once baby is 6ish months old and in the pushchair seat there is multiple options for which way they face. Both facing you, both facing, both facing each other, one facing you and one facing out.

For quick trips it takes the maxi-cosi car seat (with adapters)

It can work out very expensive but it has the option of turning back into a single pushchair once your older child is walking.
