Teutonia Fun System? How necessary to have a system that converts to double?

Does anyone have any experience of Teutonia? Looked at the fun system yesterday, it seems well made and comparable to icandy apple (apart from the fact it doesn't convert to a double later on, but significantly cheaper). Which leads to my second question - how necessary do you think this is if planning (and lucky enough) to have second fairly soon after first?! Advice welcomed.

hi,i dont have this model, but i have a teutonia that is a good few years old,its a very well made pushchair,i use mine for walking the dog, with my 2yo in it and my 4yo standing on the footplate, its so sturdy and well built,

whether is converts to a double is personal preferance really.do you want 2(or more) kids? how close do you plan to have them?will you need a double or will you have a 3y gap or more and the eldest will walk?
if you are spending a lot of money on a system like this, you want it to last, lots of people buy this type of pram, then switch to a stroller,if you done this you teutonia would be in fab condition for the second baby

i have the spirit s3 and love it! am just about to order the team cosmo, the twin version. really well made and really cosy for babies. i had the fashion carrycot and then the all year footmuff and wind apron. i still use it daily after 2yrs5months. is massive but really easy to push even with a heavy 2 yo in it. they also have a good 3 year warranty-i've had the front wheel and bumper bar replaced no problems.

Slightly off topic..... but I spotted a team cosmo on ebay with a typo in the heading- Teutonia is spelt wrong!

Might be a bargain for someone. If you search for "team cosmo" it shoul come up

Thanks.

I've also been considering the S3 but could do with something a bit smaller and not sure I really need a 3 wheeler - although I've been convincing myself I'd be out walking, all the time! Going to take DH on Saturday for another good look.

i would say they probably all have the same german build quality. i think it was teh fun system in the shop last time i was there and it looked much more compact. the s3 is big.

rightsaidfred i want a blue one so i can use the accessories from my single but thank you so much anyway. :) have just ordered it tonight.
