Yet another Baby Jogger city mini question Im afraid.

Does anyone know how to remove the pushchair seat from the BJCM for washing or use in carrycot mode?

Has anyone ordered the back support insert to make it firmer for a toddler? shown here but can be ordered from baby jogger

Has anyone used the carry cot adapters to fit a maxi cosi to the city mini (confliciting info from different sites as to whether this is possible)

pushchair to remove is p*ss easy. just 'unbutton' the poppers from around the buggy frame, and off it comes. in order for it to go in the washer, unzip upper back and remove a 'u' shape fram-easily done- will leave you with just the floppy material seat.

see here

duuno abt the others, but i don't think the hard back is worth it- for a toddler, you need a birrov a 'wedge' cusion for them to be able to be 'propped' up as the seat is shlouchy. sticking a hard back support will not bring the toddler any more 'upright' than the actual seat itself iykwim

Thanks for all that info. It really is a great buggy. DS actually feel asleep in it whilst out and about which is the first time he has fallen asleep in ages in buggy....think he likes the slouch postition.
