how easy is it to change from carrycot to pushchair?

its the same as the old herbie.
Its a fairly simple process, but takes about half an hour as you have to undo all the poppers on the carrycot, then put the seat fabric on and do all the poppers back up again. You would prob. want to be sure that you were going to change to the pushchair option permanently if you see what I mean.

i don't mind it taking a little while tbh as i don't plan on doing it often.

the main reason i don't want to buy a seperate carrycot is that i know it wont get used much after about 4-5 months.

would like to see the process before buying though. can't find a vid online anywhere.
