Just been escorted out of Mothercare by security

was refusing to leave as wouldn't refund obaby even though handle foam completely spins - said as the store models did it it wasn't faulty. spoke to obaby who confirmed it is a fault, so will try another store, but OMG MC customer services sucks

Get something in writing from Obaby, send a copy to MC complaints dep with full details of how you were treated - date, time, any names or descriptions of staff etc.

This HAS to be worth a decent amount in vouchers. You must have been mortified.

Were you shouting/verbally abusive? (I'm not saying that you were, just trying to get more information)

What did the customer service manager say to you?

If obaby admit it is a fault then what are they going to do? You will need to put something in writing I think.

I said he was a liar by refusing to accept he refunded me on a pushchair last year with the same fault. That was it, no swear words, no shouting, not being abusive in any way ( I wish I had been though)

Spoke to MC HO who've given me a ref no for when I go to the different store
