Is this reason enough for a refund

I swapped the Micralite for an Obaby Atlas Plus which is fine other than the foam has come undone on the handles so it can spin round rather than stay fixed.

I know this is no biggie but it's a pet hate of mine - and causes probs if you're trying to push one handed as you can't turn as it just spins.

Do you reckon Mothecare will buy this and give me a refund? We got it on Sat and have used it twice . .

They might want to swap but you should get away with the not fit for purpose thing if it spins.
