Help with an Urban Detour pls!

I have just bought an old 3 wheeler Urban Detour and can't work out how to unlock the front wheel so that it swivels. It was unlocked when I got it but managed to lock it by accident when I wrestled it into the car this morning. Thanks!

At the very front, above the wheel there should be a little switch you can pull up and down (it's red on mine but I think they vary).

I've tried pulling it down but it doesn't stay down. Should I be turning it?

i have a really old detour 2002 i think, lift the front wheel off the ground and right at the front is a clip move it left/right/up/down depending on how you're standing.

They really are built to last, have used my for 3 children. You can unscrew all the fabric and wash it, some bit went in the machine and some in the bath.

Mine has a little grey lever which goes side to side to lock/unlock.
