Grin

You seling any footmuffs Basl that would go with my red pram?

OP posts:
basl · 27/08/2010 22:24

Sorry 5in i don't i am afraid. I only have now the retro blue buggysnuggle that snukie made into a ultra thick and much longer footmuff. I am still wondering about who to sell that to. The pramo girl just about begging me but i paid an awful lot for that and hardly used.

I also have a Jane silver/grey what do they call them again. Nest thingys. Loved that but not sure it would go with Red??

basl · 27/08/2010 22:31

What do we think about the zapp extra???

horsemadgal · 27/08/2010 23:02

I don't 'get' that Zapp Extra! It's a 2 part fold and rear facing it doesnt sit fully upright. What is the point??

I'm fed up with buggies right now gah!

basl · 28/08/2010 00:07

Me too Gah Grin I just wondered really. Not that i wanted one just what is it all about really.

So do you have a baby jogger then HMG??

basl · 28/08/2010 00:11

My dh is on a stag weekend in Newcastle and i dread to think what state he is in just now. Keeps putting silly posts up on FB and really getting on my goat and i don't like my goat got on Grin

horsemadgal · 28/08/2010 00:20

LOL basl, he can't be up to much if he on facebook!

Yes got a BJCM but DH not loving it. He's too use to Big BOB!

basl · 28/08/2010 00:32

oh dear, there is such a difference with Big Bob and little mini.

I still have my classic and i think it's fantastic but just a bit too late really as i don't walk to nursery back and forth now.

He is always on FB, thats how he damaged his last phone, he dropped it down the loo on a night out. Shock

lillypie · 28/08/2010 09:33

Morning all Grin just a flying visit cause I am off to work!

horsemadgal I don't get Zapp extra either

5in I have a rainbow stripe Buggysnuggle that would look fab on a red pram Grin
here

5inthebed · 28/08/2010 09:49

I quite like the zapp xtra. Didn't realise it didn't sit fully up when rf, but I'd think that had to do with stability. I wouldn't pay £225 for one either! Not with a nearly 2 year od anyway.

Lilly, I do like that! How much were you thinking?

Basl, which hotel is he stopping at? I'll go harrass him Grin

OP posts:
basl · 28/08/2010 10:00

Have no idea 5in. They went on a night at the races last night then out in town. I have no idea Grin
That would be funny tho. Can you imagine his face if you bumped into him and said are you basl's wife??? Grin ah that has made me chuckle this morning.

Olivia on sleepover so just Daniel and I home alone again. That wee boy is bitter sweet. He has drawn a huge circle design on my hessian type wallpaper and it is awful. Still maybe taking his creative side after his mum. He even blamed Olivia Shock how clever is that at just turned 2. lol he even had a big smirk on his face when he said it was her. Grin

lillypie · 28/08/2010 10:01

umm £22 posted it's in lovely condition Smile

basl · 28/08/2010 10:14

That buggysnuggle is lovely!!

horsemadgal · 28/08/2010 13:42

That's funny I just took pic of DS2 asleep in rainbow snuggle which is on a red pram!

basl · 28/08/2010 14:15

Awww thats a cute pic. He looks very cosy in that. Are you keep your baby jogger then HMG???

I am wondering about a swift again. Get rid of the bjcc and just have one that will cope with winter but not too huge for a little shopping.

horsemadgal · 28/08/2010 14:21

No idea if keeping hunny, total buggy dilemma here gah!

I do fancy a Swift too, think I'd like to see one in real life first though.

basl · 28/08/2010 14:52

Mmmm i know what you mean. I have had my fill of them to be honest but i am not stupid enough to say i will never need one.

Just been to the shops with Daniel and he walked there and back happily pushing his shopping trolley from toys r us. What a fab idea as he was so good in the supermarket putting an apple and drink and some banana's in the basket and then to the lady to pay. Grin

The main concern with the swift is height as i know he is a giant. I am thinking the swift has the little air filled wheels and narrow enough and compact.

I wish i could see one in RL to and sit him in it.
I know he is not going to using it by his nursery time and when that comes hopefully i will drive when the weather is bad.

The bjcm has bags of room but i think if i got rid of the bjcc i could have a mix of both. What do you think??

5inthebed · 28/08/2010 15:51

Basl, you need to ask Carrie to measure the back of the seat, bum bit and leg rest. Then compare it to BJCC.

Lilly, £22 sounds fab, do you want to sell it right now or can you wait a few weeks?

Went to Tesco this morning (again) and ds2 sat in Nipper while DS3 walked. No difference in weight, was still real easy to push.

I saw an airbuggy in the flesh the other week, they are really low! I did ike the little air tyres though.

OP posts:
basl · 28/08/2010 16:27

Not heard from Carrie for a while 5in. I was thinking she may be on hols??

shatteredmumof5 has a bjcm and swift but i can't get in touch with her. She was going to show me a pic of both.

Wish the nipper was taller in the seat. Sad

horsemadgal · 28/08/2010 17:50

Carrielou def around basl, she's on other threads, have a search and ask her.

5inthebed · 28/08/2010 18:34

She is on the Bee post on sales board.

fluffydog · 28/08/2010 19:47

I am so peeved, my xts twister's suspension keeps coming apart and the shop where I bought it don't want to know. DH has mended it twice and again this afternoon. It is a lovely pushchair but it is annoying me that this keeps happening and I need something that will cope with going over fairly rough terrain when I walk the dog. Any suggestions?

5inthebed · 28/08/2010 20:39

Thats a bit crap off the shop, is it still under warranty? No idea how you'd fix it I'm afraid, I'v never had an xts.

If you're looking for a replacement, mountain buggy if you have the cash or Nipper 360 if you don't.
