Problems with steering on Phil and Teds Dash

Can anyone advise me on the following please? I've recently bought a Phil and Ted's Dash and I must say that it is really difficult to steer. I've inflated the tyres to the recommended 22 psi, and tried both locking and unlocking the front swivel wheel but it is a real effort to get it to go in a straight line. I find myself having to compensate by steering with my arms and it's exhausting!
So far I've only put my toddler in but in 5 weeks time our second baby arrives and I am worried as to how I'm going to get around.
Any advice gratefully received!

hi, not sure if all 3 wheelers are the same but when we got the replacement wheel for our teutonia we got instructions on how to adjust it to go straight. it was a small screw under the front wheel somewhere that adjusted left or right to adjust the steering iykwim? hope this makes some sense?

I find if you hang a bag on either site, or have panier bags on that are uneavenly weighted this happens with the sport.

Mine goes to the right all the time, it drives me mad and gives me arm ache. I am a nanny and have two 18 month olds in it, my daughter and my charge. (Its my pushchair)

The other issue is to all you mums, don't pump the tyres up to any more than 22psi. If you look on the tyres it says 35psi, I did this and nearly damaged my wheels before halfords realised, it took two different trips to Halfords and 2 different stores, this is dangerious as in reality who goes out and about with a pushchair manuel.

Also if your pram is under a year old, don't have Halfords touch it, I have void my warrenty as i was stuck in town with the two children and needed Halfords help in order to get home.
