quinny zapp not 'locking' when folded down

Hi. Can anyone tell me whether the Quinny Zapp should actually 'lock' when folded down..if so how do I do it..should I be able to hear a click? TIA.

it doesnt no, v.annoying isn't it! travel bag best for keeping it secure but bit of a faff for buses etc.

ok thanks for replying..I was just about to march it back to the shop! I have the travel bag for my imminent new life..emigrating in 2 weeks, so it will be on and off a lot of planes!!

they are great for plane travel so you don't have to wait for buggies!
