Loola up - is this normal

We have just got our Loola Up and I wanted to check if the following were normal:

There is a bit of play/wobble in the handle bar when either the carry cot or seat is in place.

The bumper bar moves up and down when in place and doesn't fix into one position.

The handle bar - not sure - we've got the previous model and yes, we do have a wobble and have to really yank the handlebars up (it is 3 years old though, lives in the back of the car and gets all manner of junk dumped ontop of it

The bumper bar - ours doesn't fix into a position, and isn't supposed to AFAIK

yep all normal, because of the way the handlebar is(so it can fold the way it does) it doesnt fix in a solid position,theres always a bit of movement in it.
and yep,my lo used to enjoy eating the bumper bar,lol
