Cheap light single buggy advice

We have 2 1/2 year old twins and live in London. We want to buy two cheap light buggies that we can use to get into around town. Obviously they need to be easy to get on public transport and easy to fold up. We don't want to invest a lot as obviously won't be used for a long time and we have to buy two. Just wondering if anyone has any advice? Thanks a million.

maclaren volo. The original, the best. Quality and pushability will speak for themselves. they are on offer atm at mothercare plus you can usually get another 10pc off with codes so you can get both for around £125 may seem alot but just soooo much better than any other cheapy lightweight.
